CASB - Unable To Integrate SalesForce Application into CASB

Symptoms
We are trying to configure integration with SalesForce. We receive the following error in System Audit Trial:
Created 'applicationname' : 'SFDC', 'priority' : 'HIGH', 'category' : 'Monitoring stopped', 'assignee' : '<EMAIL>', 'detailedmsg' : 'Unable to monitor application', 'type' : 'MANUAL', 'status' : 'Open'
An incident is presenting the following Risk Event:
LORIC cannot collect the Salesforce login history. Make sure the LORIC service user has been granted permission to manage users in Salesforce. In the Setup - Administer - Manage Users - Users section of salesforce, click on the profile link for the user. Under Administrative permissions - select the Manage Users check box.
