Symptoms

The following error happens when cloning a PDB from Self-Service Provisioning GUI in Database Cloud Service (DBCS):

Pluggable database PDB_NAME opened read only
Completed: alter pluggable database "PDB_NAME" open read only
create pluggable database "NEW_PDB_NAME" from "PDB_NAME" storage (maxsize 5G)
