Symptoms

ERROR MESSAGE IN RF WON’T LET YOU RETRY LOGGING INTO SESSION

In the RF, while trying to log into the session, if you fail inputting the password, there’s an error message that pops up and then boots you out of the session, closing down the RF.
When you use Ctrl+W to re-log in, error occurs.
This problem affects the users who are not familiar with WMS and are only instructed to use the RF in the warehouse.
