FCCS: Power Users are Unable to See the List of Reports Under the Report Execution Option (Doc ID 2470831.1)

Symptoms

Any user(s) with Power user role are unable to access and execute Data Management reports in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service(FCCS) application. The drop down option available in Report Group under Report Execution screen shows blank, and no reports are listed for user(s) to run. However, same user(s) has ability to go into 'Setup' tab and modify 'Report Definition' and 'Add' reports.
