Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to perform a Global Transfer to Legal Employer, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
PAY-PAY_REG_PAYROLL_PRIMARY_FLAG (PAY--1)
PAY-PAY_REG_PAYROLL_PRIMARY_FLAG
Cause The message, PAY-PAY_REG_PAYROLL_PRIMARY_FLAG , can not be accessed.
Action Report this problem to an administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Global transfer
2. Error is returned
