Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Learning Specialist

When attempting to upload AICC/HACP content ,The processing failed(SCORM content doesn't have issue)
the following error occurs.

Unable to get content

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Catalog Resource> Add Content
