ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When importbulkdata operation is called from SOACS through the ERP Adapter, it takes long time to finish due to callback the instance triggered after an extended period of time.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Import bulk data operation should finish quicker and trigger the callback instance.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call import bulk data operation from SOA and note that it takes long time to finish.
