Symptoms
Applying JUL DBBP on 12.2. GI HOME fails with following errors
CRS-4123: Starting Oracle High Availability Services-managed resources
CLSU-00105: operating system interface has reported an internal failure
CLSU-00103: error location: canexec2
CLSU-00104: additional error information: no exe permission, file [/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/bin/ohasd]
If the above is worked around or fixed opatchauto apply may fail as rootcrs.sh -prepatch wast n't executed properly. If this happened the following lines will be seen in the roorcrs.sh -prepatch log
"2018-11-02 13:30:06: prepatch has already been done successfully"
