Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Pick Release Sales Order.
After Creating Pick Wave below message is displayed on on the Create Pick Wave UI.

Pick wave XXXX was released. Number of pick slip 1 and number of picks 1.

On Confirm Pick Slips UI, picked quantity automatically shows -1. It does not allow user to confirm the pick slip.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------
1) Create and submit sales order
2) Run pick wave
3) Go to confirm pick slip page and confirm pick slip
4) Nothing happens and picked quantity changed to -1

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pick confirm should complete without any issue
