Symptoms
When attempting to load PAE calculation cards, the following error occurs.
ERROR

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-27014: Attribute RelationshipGroupId in DIRReportingCardUsageDEO is required.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate Benefits and Pension calculation cards
2. Try to migrate PAE calculation cards as well
3. See the status of the process
