Automatically Unchecked Eligible to Sell Based value on other Field

Customer created any custom fields on Product object (they are : Departure and Return, both of them are date field) and my Product is about tour and travel things.

The scenario is, when Departure date is today, the Product should not eligible to sell, because customer cannot sell tour that already expired. So the field Eligible to Sell should be unchecked automatically by the system when the Departure date is today (by 12 AM of the Departure date).

How this can be done?
