Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll
When adding/updating the salary basis the following error occurs.
ERROR

Salary element entry could not be created. (CMP-1005343)
Reason for this error: ORA-20001: An error occurred. The procedure pay_salary_interface.create_new_entry failed at step 50. Details: Your help desk was notified. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_SALARY_INTERFACE", line 1202 ORA-06512: at line 1 .
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Salary for one employee
2. Proposing a new salary from 09.06.2018
3. Error is returned
