When attempting to access the Oracle Cloud Database using DACS, the following error occurs:
Error: ORA-12170: TNS: Connect timeout occurred
Steps to Reproduce
1. Cloud customer to start a tool as SQLDeveloper, SQLPlus, TOAD and attempt the connection to the cloud DB.
2. Observe the error.
