Symptoms
Custom report failing with the below error:
::JOB_WAIT_TIME_SECONDS{1.2}::JOB_FETCH_TIME_MINUTES{40}::JOB_EXECUTION_TIME_MINUTES{40}::JOB_PRIORITY_COLON_NORMAL::SQL query time exceeds the limit (2400 sec). Stopped processing.::[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_serverHA]
Error is:
[180912_10180000][dp id:1676142158][sch info:Job Id:189021[ESS RequestId:913716]]java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation
The custom BI report was using pay_balance_view_pkg.get_balance_dimensions.
STEPS:
1. Extract scheduled to run at a specific time in the 'Submit a flow' task section.
2. Checking on the execution output, the above error is raised.
