Symptoms

Using Lockbox. Post Receipt Batch (API) completes in Error


ERROR:

arcs 8 6
AR-arccbp: error getting lookup information.
AR-arccbp: ORA-04063: package body "FUSION.FND_STATS" has errors
ORA-06
AR-arccbp: Error exit.
AR-arcrollback: Rollbacked.
AR-arcrollback: Calling arcubr1...
AR-arcubr1: The batch_applied_status of batch 1 or any batch in transmission id 0 is not IN_PROCESS
AR-ARCABP: Error in arccbp



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Run the scheduled process "Process Receipt Through Lockbox"
3. Open up the receipt batch under Accounts Receivable
4. Try to post the batch
5. Review the process and observed the error described appears
