A Salesforce User with an Apostrophe in Their Username Cannot Create Quotes

In Salesforce (SFDC), when using the Managed Package, a user cannot create or open quotes using the Lightning Experience. The user only sees a blank frame, with this error found in the developer tools console:
SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list[Learn More]
The issue is not present when using Classic mode, or when integrating via the Lightning Adapter.
This occurs for a new user with an apostrophe in their Salesforce username (i.e. email@example.com)
