Contacts - Unable To Customize Advanced Search Options, Add Button Missing

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The customer set up an user with 'Sales Restricted User' Role .
Upon navigating through the application it was observed that 'Add' Button is missing on Advanced Search for Contacts .
Due to this users having Sales Restricted User role, are unable to customize the Contacts save search as per their preference .
Please note that 'Add' button is present on other entities such as Accounts , Leads etc .
