Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

Generate check process is taking too long to complete

Generate check payroll process failed with error.

The process completes successfully on the Payroll side.

They are unable to print the checks in BI

Employees all show a green check.

The system is still showing as processing.
