ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Problem with Navigation from Opportunity to Notes Form

When selecting " Notes " from Opportunity Management, one should be redirected to the specific screen.
By performing the action, user is redirected to Opportunity Header of the current Oppty.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectancy is to be able to navigate through screens as per expected behavior.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Opportunity.
2. Search for the Opty #11591.
3. drill down to Opportunity.
4. Go to Notes tab at the left.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot see Notes Form.
