Convert UOM Action Creates Duplicate Entries for Reporting Quantity (Doc ID 2473912.1)

Symptoms

Transaction Lines can have generic items with same ITEM ID but which use different Product classification code. When Convert UOM Action is executed on the Transaction, On each transaction line, Reporting UOMs with of all the HTS codes on all Transaction Lines is being generated, It is expected that Reporting Quantity generated on the Transaction Line is specific to the Product classification code.
