Prime Field Setup – Duplicate Entries Appear And Disappear (Doc ID 2474057.1)

Symptoms

On Prime Projects: 18.10.1 version, Cloud: Other

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Duplicate items appear under the Item Master list in Field Setup, when the list is expanded (and list only the single entries when the list is collapsed).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Duplicates should not occur.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Field Setup > Item Masters
   2. Create hierarchical list of items
   3. Collapse and expand the list

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users see duplicate entries under the Item Masters list.
