Fusion Global Payroll : Enhancement Request - Jointly Owned Bank Account To Show Different Account Names For Both Employees (Doc ID 2474091.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 06, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.05.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When two employees have a joint bank account, HCM Cloud will update the account name of the second account created with the name entered for the first account.

For example,

If Mr PQR and Ms. XYZ have a joint account and both work for the client, and the account for Mr PQR has already been entered.

When the account for Ms. XYZ is entered the account name will change on save to "Mr PQR".

It is common for a joint account to be held (i.e, the same account number, sort code and branch) but with each individual having their own name against the account.
