On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Set Up Benefits

Benefits Self-Service Not Working with Mobile Enabled

Once Mobile has been enabled for Benefits ESS, the option to enroll in benefits is not present and does not render as expected.
The profile values that have been added (among others) are:
BEN_ENROLLMENT_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED
HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED
