Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When performing an asset transfer to another Depreciation Expense Account which has a different cost center segment than the existing Depreciation Expense Account,
the system will move the cost and depreciation reserve to the same account with the old cost center:
Dr. Cost (cost center1)
Cr. Cost (cost center1)
Dr. Accumulated depreciation (cost center1)
Cr. Accumulated depreciation (cost center1)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected behavior is to display journals like this:
Dr. Cost (cost center2)
Cr. Cost (cost center1)
Dr. Accumulated depreciation (cost center1)
Cr. Accumulated depreciation (cost center2)
