Not Able To Update Transaction Enabled Attribute On The Item (Doc ID 2474179.1)

Symptoms

User is getting below error while updating "Transaction Enabled" Item attribute -

The transaction enable attribute on the item can not be updated because there is existing transactions for this item.


Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Product Information Management
2. Manage Items -> search for an item -> Edit it > Go to Item Specifications tab -> Change the following Item attribute -

3. When clicking on Save button, user is getting the error.
