Not Able To Update Transaction Enabled Attribute On The Item

User is getting below error while updating "Transaction Enabled" Item attribute -
Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Product Information Management
2. Manage Items -> search for an item -> Edit it > Go to Item Specifications tab -> Change the following Item attribute -
- Inventory Item
- Transaction Enabled
3. When clicking on Save button, user is getting the error.
