Symptoms
Not able to assign item to organization
ERROR

You do not have permission to assign item to organizations ( EGP-2776067).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PIM
2. Manage Items and open for an item
3. Associations tab and add organizations which you want to assign this item to.
