Goal

Flagging an easy way to mark a Candidate record that you would like to track closely or that you know you want to revisit again. Note that unlike other actions, flagging a candidate is specific to your user account (i.e. other users do not see a flag next to candidates you have flagged, and likewise, you do not see a flag next to candidates other users have flagged).

A list of flagged Candidates can be built for future review.
