Difference On The Invoice And Credit Memo Tax Rate (Doc ID 2474383.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Difference on the invoice and credit memo tax rate (21 versus 20.8)

An invoice has been imported in AR. The VAT is calculated by Fusion Tax (based on determinant tax). The tax rate used and displayed is 21. Later on, a credit memos is applied against this invoice. The tax rate displayed is no longer 21 but 20.8.

Details:
The invoice n° 1xxxxxxxx9 is created with the following details :
- total amount = 29
- tax amount = 5.03
- lines amount = 23.97
- tax rate = 21
A credit memos n°1xxxxxxxx6 is imported and applied against this transaction with the following details:
- total amount = (-29)
- tax amount = (-5.03)
- lines amount = (-23.97)
- tax rate = 20.98

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The tax rate should be the same in CM as for the transaction

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create/import invoice
2. Tax rate 21 is displayed on invoice
3. Credit the invoice
4. Tax rate 20.98 is displayed on invoice

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue an incorrect tax rate appears on credit memo transaction
