'Manage Inventory Transactions' Job Status Shows 'Success' Even Though Records Did Not Import (Doc ID 2474470.1)

On : version, Inventory

After performing the FBDI process to import Inventory Transactions (Doc ID 2156528.1), the job status shows ‘Success’ even though no records were imported.

In the last step after running Scheduled Processes --> Schedule New Process --> Manage Inventory Transactions it completed successfully but the log shows nothing and the transactions are not generated. It seems like the process didn't pick up anything.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the FBDI for loading inventory transactions
2. Upload the CSV zip file to the designated location in the Oracle Cloud: File Import and Export --> Upload file to following account: scm/inventoryTransaction/import
3. Move Data into the Inventory Management Interface tables: Scheduled Processes --> Schedule New Process --> Load Interface File for Import --> Create Inventory Transactions.
4. Scheduled Processes --> Schedule New Process --> Manage Inventory Transactions.
