Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When users submit a quickpay, deselect all the elements and select only the required element, system calculates all the elements

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Qucikpay should pick and process only the elements that are selected to be included in quickpay

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. exclude all the elements and select only one
2. submit quickpay
3. check the results
