User Interface Issues After the Cloud Patching (System Restart) (Doc ID 2474639.1)

Symptoms

The users are facing multiple UI issues after the Cloud Upgrade.

For Example:

01. Users get one of the following errors when trying to use the Screen Finders to search for or open objects.

02. All the fields under 'System Details' is blank (Software Version, Software Build Number, Software Patch Version, Database Patch Version). Even Domain also is displayed as blank.

03. Not Able to See the Date Fields Data from Result Screens.
