Area Matrix Report Page Unresponsive in Chrome. (Doc ID 2474660.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Area Matrix report page unresponsive in Chrome.

When selecting the Area Matrix Report in Chrome, the three dots appear on the screen as trying to load, then a pop up message is thrown stating 'Matrix Reports - <name>' and can choose Wait or Exit page. If Wait is chosen, screen still is trying to load. The message on the page appears again and if Wait is chosen, it still spins trying to load. The page does not appear to load and it takes user back to the 'Inspections and Issues Matrix' instead.

Using Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100. Updated Chrome to the latest Version 70.0.3538.67 and the same thing happens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

For the Area Matrix report to load.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Prime Projects.
2. Open Project and go to Field, Matrix Reports.

BUSINESS IMPACT:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load Matrix reports.
