Goal

Cannot complete Open Enrollment due to error - BEN-990886


1) Started Open for 2019
2) Go to the enrollment form and enter an effective date of 11/9/18
3) Save the enrollment (make changes or not)
4) Error is received when saving the Open Enrollment as:

A caching error occurred in the routine ben_person_object.set_per_object. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the data and the trace files. (BEN-990886)
Context at the time of error: Person {PERSON_FULL_NAME}, Effective Date 2018-11-09.
