Unable To Access Catalog/shared Folders/homepage After Upgrade To 18C (Doc ID 2474841.1)

Symptoms



Instance is upgraded to 18c from 6.4.2
When navigating to to Transportation Intelligence - > Adhoc query", catalog/folders/analysis is not seen
Also when the home page link is clicked at bottom, "page not found" is seen

In 6.4.2, we see the below details on that page and this is not seen in 18c after upgrade
