Delays In Service Requests Creation From Inbound Emails (Doc ID 2474912.1)

Symptoms

The customer is seeing the delay from time sending an email to Oracle including the time the SR is created in the Queue. Usually this would take no longer than approximately 5 minutes as this is the frequency the job is running processing inbound emails into Oracle, but the SRs are taking around 20 to 30 minutes to appear in Queues.
