Last updated on JUNE 27, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.05.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Receiving - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to receive a transfer order created from procurement the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
This transaction cannot be processed because the transfer order to put away is sourced from self service procurement and does not include distribution details. (RCV-2445423)
Cause This message is raised when the receiving transaction processor is unable to derive the transfer order distribution unique identifier for the rcv_transactions_interface row that is currently being processed. A transfer order that is created from self-service procurement must contain distribution information and this interface row for a put away transaction does not contain the transfer order distribution identifier. This will lead to data corruption, therefore the record is rejected for processing.
Action Correct the missing distribution information and resubmit the interface records for processing.
