User Cannot View Images On The AR Transactions (Doc ID 2475148.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User cannot view Images on the billing schedule or run Print receivables transactions process. All users with Accounts Receivables Specialist role have this issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to run the process and access the view Images

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with a user with Accounts Receivables Specialist role
2. Search for transaction
3. Click on view image. A blank window opens
4. Run the Print receivables transactions process
5. Process ends in error but output is generated.
6. Try to republish the output. The error message appears: oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol:
