Japanese Characters Do Not Display Properly in the Revision Window

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When opening a Revision window on a Japanese-language file, the characters in the file name displayed at the top are not displayed correctly.
Japanese characters should display correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Sign into Unifier.
- Navigate to the applicable workspace in the Document Manager and select a file.
- Click View > Revisions.
- Note the reported behavior.
