Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management

Submit Mode functionality in Workforce Compensation Plans not working

Set approval mode to Manager must first submit & submit mode set to All managers must be approved.

Therefore submit should be disabled if there are subordinate managers who haven’t submitted their worksheets.

However screenshots below show that this is not the case.

Worksheets are being submitted for approval even if subordinate manager worksheets are not yet submitted.
