Symptoms

In any Oracle Cloud Host Unifier Environment : Any Version

After adding a new partner/member company/organization in Cloud Administration:

Expected Result: The new company should be able to be added and viewed in Unifier

Actual Result: The following is returned when; 1) selecting the 'Company Workspace > Partner Companies' node, in the left hand navigation pane, and 2) triggering an 'Add' in the Member Companies node at the Project/Shell level:

Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent

Business Impact: Company/Project administrators are unable to manage the Partner/Member Companies in Unifier
