Have to Reenter the Cost Sheet Configured Fields to Make Them Perform Calculations on Cost Sheet

Symptoms
On Prime Projects: 18.9.3.1 version, Cloud: Resources and Cost
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
"Recalculate" function on cost sheet does not work, and requires the that function for the Configured Field be reentered before the correct value is displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
"Recalculate" function on cost sheet should recalculate all values for configured fields without having to reenter formulas for configured fields.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create configured field.
2. Update cells/fields upon which the configured field is calculated.
3. Click on "Recalculate.." on cost sheet. (Note no change to configured field value.)
BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users values for configured fields on Cost Sheet may not reflect the correct value.
