Symptoms

Following VO is used to load data into Warehouse Dimension W_PARTY_ORG_D:
FscmTopModelAM.PrcPozPublicViewAM.SupplierPVO

There is a column SMALL_BUS_IND which is populated using BusClass4LookupCode
which in turn is sourced from Fusion table POZ_BUS_CLASSIFICATIONS.
To fetch this particular column created the following join in the BICCC Query
for this VO:

  POZ_SUPPLIERS.VENDOR_ID = POZ_BUS_CLASSIFICATIONS.VENDOR_ID(+)
  AND ('SMALL_BUSINESS') = POZ_BUS_CLASSIFICATIONS.LOOKUP_CODE(+)

However the following values are returned in Fusion Source Instance:

Lookup Code for Small Business has been configured as SME at our Source.

As the source value is not matching with the Filter in BICCC, always getting Null in this particular column.
There should not be a hardcoded filter on 'SMALL_BUSINESS'.

Report will identify suppliers which have been marked as Small Business.

Requirement is to populate the SMALL_BUS_IND in W_PARTY_ORG_D using the OOTB
mapping, but not getting any data is this particular field, traced back to the source
query and can see there is a hardcoded filter on "SMALL_BUSINESS" as follows:

('SMALL_BUSINESS') = POZ_BUS_CLASSIFICATIONS.LOOKUP_CODE

The issue is arising because client has configured the value as 'SME', this contradicts the internal BICCC Query.
