Fusion Global HR: Error "The file upload failed. An error occurred during virus scan operation." When Uploading File Using HDL or File Import

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Data Load in SaaS environment.
While loading dat file from a local folder using HDL in UI Import and Load Data, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to My Client Groups > Data Exchange work area.
3. Go to task Import and Load Data from the Task Panel on the right hand side.
4. Click on Import File > Import Local File.
5. Click Browse from pop up Select File and select the file from the local folder.
Then the above error is thrown.
