On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to add an Element Entry for Global transferred employees the following error occurs.
ERROR

The attribute EffectiveStartDate must be earlier than or equal to the attribute EffectiveEndDate. (HRC-1035096)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Global transfer for an employee and
2. Add element entry for the new assignment
3. Error occurs
