Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Custom object

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer created Object Workflow on custom object and once the condition is met for the approval, the bell notification does not pop-up with approval notification

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The bell notification should show the notification correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the custom object, there was a condition on the following:

Estimated total spend of the deal in GBP value >= 100 (133.59) due to which Comments field is updated as "BPM Called"

2. The workflow is triggered but bell notification for the approver is not working
