Demand Plan Run Fails To Retrieve Forecast Tree When Using Custom Forecast Profile (Doc ID 2476596.1)

Symptoms

Running a Demand Plan with a Custom Forecast Profile fails and the following error is seen in the Engine Manager log:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run a demand plan using a custom forecasting profile
2. Navigate to Scheduled Processes UI and monitor the Plan Run
