Symptoms

Modify/Cancel OBLPN Doesn't allow scanning a consumed IBLPN

There is an issue with the Modify/Cancel OBLPN RF screen.  When you cancel an OBLPN, it asks for an IBLPN, but does not accept an IBLPN that has been previously consumed.
The error message is "IB LPN already exists."  This contradicts the behavior seen with Create LPN and Receiving transactions, which allow you to scan a consumed IBLPN and have a new IBLPN with the same number.

Steps

1) Log in to RF
2) Go to transaction 40) Modify/Cancel OBLPN
3) Scan an OBLPN
4) Select option 1 – Cancel
5) Scan an IBLPN which is in CONSUMED status.
6) You will get error “IB LPN already exists”
The IBLPN is in consumed status, so you expected the system to allow you to scan into this IBLPN.
