On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to Schedule Key Generation for new Match Configuration, after creating a new custom Contact Match Configuration, copied from the standard one, and submitting Key Generation, the custom Contact Match Configuration cannot be activated, the check box for activating doesn't appear after the process of key generation finishes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to Schedule Key Generation for new Match Configuration and to make the custom Match Configurations, active.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contact Match Configuration
2. Add phone and email to configuration--->Schedule key generation.
3. It is disabled.
4. Schedule Key Generation
5. The Schedule Key Generation finishes but the custom Match Configurations don't have the check box that activates it.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to Schedule Key Generation for new Match Configuration and cannot do custom match identification's.
