Goal

How to use custom formula for deduction element in oracle payroll?

Requirement to deduct employer deduction every month 13% on gross salary.

Created deduction element and assigned below formula to an element.

DEFAULT FOR SUBJECT_TO_GOSI_REL_RUN is 0
DEFAULT FOR PER_PER_ETHNICITY IS 'X'

GOSI_REFERENCE_SALARY=0

EMPR_DED_SALARY=LEAST(SUBJECT_TO_GOSI_REL_RUN,40000)

IF PER_PER_ETHNICITY=UPPER('Bahraini') THEN
(
GOSI_REFERENCE_SALARY = ((EMPR_DED_SALARY*(13/100)))
)
else
(
GOSI_REFERENCE_SALARY=0
)
RETURN GOSI_REFERENCE_SALARY

Note: After creating a deduction element, system is creating predefined formulas. Where i need to map my custom formula to map my custom formula.
