Symptoms

Compliance Rules are taking significant amount of time to run.

Compliance rules are taking 30 seconds to run for a single transaction line. This is causing large amount of backup in the screening of Transactions and with this amount of speed, Transactions with hundreds of lines will take significant amount of time to complete.

Compliance Screening using a Compliance Rule Set Group that has 184 Rules on a Trade Transaction that has 20 Lines. The process takes 9+ Minutes to complete. Sometimes the UI action gives Proxy Error.
